Each piece of jewellery is lovingly crafted and handmade by Vikki from her studio in South Somerset. Due to the nature of it being handcrafted, and the gemstones being of a one-of-a-kind nature, your piece may vary slightly from the images you see on our website.
By buying a handcrafted piece you are investing in your very own, one of a kind piece of jewellery, lovingly made just for you.
We only source our gemstones and metals from the best quality independent suppliers. We take great care and time over choosing our materials with a priority on quality - always.
As all jewellery is personally handcrafted and made to order by Vikki in her studio, she will aim to complete and dispatch an order within 5-10 working days.
If an item is already in stock then we will endeavor to dispatch it within 1-2 working days.
Additionally, should you have any special requirements for your order (i.e. birthdays/holiday gifts) then please CONTACT US and we will be more than happy to discuss your needs with you.
Packaging and Shipping
Personally packaged by Vikki, your order will be carefully placed in a branded jewellery box that is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and sealed in an unbranded envelope before being dispatched using either the Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed® service (this service guarantees you next day delivery between 9am-1pm (signature required) aswell as insuring your package to give you peace of mind) or the Royal Mail Second Class Signed For® service.
All jewellery is made to order, so when ordering a ring or bracelet, Vikki will need to be informed of your size before proceeding with the production process.
How to measure your bracelet size - Firstly wrap a tape measure around the wrist you intend to wear the bracelet on. Secondly, make a note of where the tape meets the number 0, and to ensure the bracelet will fit comfortably, add an extra 15mm to the number you provisionally wrote down. Should you have any extra requirements as to whether you prefer a more looser or tighter fit then please let us know when we contact you about your size.
How to measure your ring size - Using a piece of string, or something similar, wrap it around the base of the finger you intend to wear the ring on. Then, with a pen, mark the point on the string where the end meets. Take the string and line it up against a millimeter ruler to measure the distance from the end of the string to point you've marked with the pen. Finally, using the list below, choose the closest measurement to find your ring size.
